Week 3

Week 3 ( Reading)

 

 There was a lot of  reading in this week. First, I thought that there was not so much reading for this week.  One of the obstacles for reading is internet connection in Myanmar. I felt alittle scare about reading when the connection is down.When I began to read paper that I downloaded from website, I thought they were tiresome and too literature   for me, but, some time later I found that it was so interesting.But I enjoyed reading them.It was  interesting for me to explore the suggested sites, in particular those aimed at developing listening and speaking skills. Some ideas that  give me  how to do better in teaching techniques.In Myanmar, most of the teachers  like to teach just grammar, not for oral and aural skills. They normally do not put them in their teaching plans. These readings t helped a lot  me in  thinking on oral and aural skills,

Week 2

             There was a lot of things to do  in week 2. It is more interesting to read than first week. It is quite complicating to read at first, but later I came to understand the Bloom's Taxonomy. And then I printed out and keep it in my file for further reference.
             The next thing I did was online surfing for web. Searching the materials that I need for teaching is confusing , I could find the right web address that is good for me.I did not realized that there are so many search engine. I just know google and yahoo. All the search engine suggested by Donna is really nice. The teaching method which is called ABCD model is effective for my students.
                 At first, I did not understand ABCD objectives. After reading carefully Donna's post, I came to understand it. I have not used it before for my students. But I need to do a lot more to understand the objectives.
                  Finally, I am so happy to see my grades on blackboard. It gives strength to try  hard in my learning.

Dear Teachers,

                     This is my very first time to create blog. I am not familiar with creating blog. But it it great to create blog. I did read many kind of blogs in my life. But I never have created any one.It is because of my lacking computer skill. I need to get this skill as I want my students to create blog in my education society. I would like to learn to improve my skills. I think we do not need to worry if we are not good at creating blog . I hope everyone will be able to create blogs next few days. It is a good ideas that this class has blog society as we can share our thoughts and ideas.
